2. What data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you write to us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, email (or phone number) and the content of your message. Please do not include health data or any other sensitive information that is not necessary to answer your enquiry.
3. What we use it for
- To reply to your enquiries and requests for information.
- To organise and manage the mentoring sessions you may agree with Laura.
No automated decisions are made and no profiles are built from your data.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us on your own initiative. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract, when you book sessions.
- Compliance with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations when an invoice is issued.
5. Minors
If you are under 14, we need the consent of your parent or legal guardian to process your data. In that case, please ask one of them to contact us.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry. If you book sessions, we will keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. After that, it will be deleted.
7. Who it is shared with
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law. To make the website work, some providers process data on our behalf as data processors:
- FormSubmit, a service that forwards form messages to Laura’s email.
- Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail), the email provider.
- The website hosting provider.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
If you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected] and stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Cookies
This website does not use its own or third-party cookies, nor analytics or advertising tools. Only if you manually choose a language in the selector is that preference saved in your browser (local storage) so it can be remembered on your next visit; it contains no personal data, is not sent to any server and can be deleted from your browser settings. If other cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where necessary.
